Begin by cutting 2 pieces of Jersey Be Good yarn and lay them horizontally side by side of each other. Think of the strand on the left as Strand A, and the strand on the left as Strand B.

Pass Strand B over Strand A.

Take Strand B again and pass it under Strand A.
