First, prepare your stencil and embroidery hoop. We are using 14 count Eider fabric (which means there are 14 holes per inch of fabric).

Starting from the back of your piece, push your needle through to the front.

Follow your grid lines and stitch into the back of the piece.

Continue working in 1 direction, repeating the same stitch movement until you make it to the end of your section.

Now work in the opposite direction, over the previous stitches you just worked, completing your cross stitches.

Continue this process of stitching cross stitches into your piece until all your sections are filled.
