Because our New Wave yarn contains recycled plastics, we recommend washing it in a GUPPYFRIEND bag. These help to reduce the amount of pesky microplastics entering the water stream and therefore our lovely oceans and are available to buy here.

Yarn details
New Wave Yarn is made from a recycled plastic water bottle core which is cased in cotton to make a bouncy, breathable yarn.

140 metres/ 150 yards per 100-gram ball

Washing Instructions
Hand wash only in cold or lukewarm water - do not exceed 30 degrees / Use a delicates hand wash detergent / Give your knits a gentle squeeze and leave in the water for a few minutes / Once done, roll in a clean towel to remove excess water and then dry flat.

Note: Use a Guppy Bag to reduce fibre shedding and to protect your clothes.
