With this easy kit, you can knit yourself a crisp cutie’s of a scatter cushion with sailor stripes to boot!

About Yarn
New Wave Yarn is made from discarded plastic water bottles and combined with cotton to make a bouncy, breathable yarn - 100% ocean-friendly.

140 metres/ 150 yards per 100 gram ball

Because our New Wave yarn contains recycled plastics, we recommend washing it in a GUPPYFRIEND bag. These help to reduce the amount of pesky microplastics entering the water stream and therefore our lovely oceans and are available to buy here.

Kit content:
2 balls of New Wave Yarn in colour A
1 ball of New Wave Yarn in colour B
1 x Beyond The Cushion pattern
1 pair of 6.5mm/US10.5 knitting needles (optional)
1 sewing needle

You will also need an inner cushion (not included)
30cm x 50cm (11.5’’ x 19.5’’)

Washing Instructions
Hand wash only in cold or lukewarm water - do not exceed 30 degrees / Use a delicates hand wash detergent / Give your knits a gentle squeeze and leave in the water for a few minutes / Once done, roll in a clean towel to remove excess water and then dry flat.

Note: Use a Guppy Bag to reduce fibre shedding and to protect your clothes.
