Parisian chic meets the playful spirit of The Gang to create our brand new AW collection.

Ooh la la! It’s here. We’ve joined forces with iconic French jewellery designer Aurélie Bidermann to create an exclusive knitwear collection for AW15.

Think classic WATG pieces – Zion Lion hats and Crazy Sexy Wool sweaters, adorned with Aurélie Bidermann’s signature jewellery – metal skulls, hearts and gold chains.

Craftsmanship is at the very heart of both our brands. The hats, sweaters and scarves have been hand-knitted by our Gang of Peruvian and UK knitters, while the jewellery has been handcrafted by the finest French artisans.

all About Aurélie

Inspired at an early age by the exquisite fineries of her grandmother’s jewellery box, Aurélie’s fascination began. Charms were always a fascination – she collected them from an early age – and they repeatedly appear in her work. An education in art history and her travels to far-flung destinations lend a worldly and exotic shimmer to her collections. Her influences come from the natural world and indigenous handicrafts, from modern art and the punk movement.

I was delighted when their team proposed that we collaborate on a capsule collection – I didn’t hesitate for a second, I was in! We worked together on the shapes and how to accessorise their wonderful knit pieces with my fashion jewellery – it all came together quite naturally. It’s been a very fun collaboration for me with friends – not work just a pleasure.’
