The shipping price is calculated on the size of your order and the country it is being shipped to. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Wool And The Gang.

Orders will be shipped the next working day. For example, if you order on Wednesday it will be shipped on Thursday and if you order on a Friday it will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an "Intraship Prealert Advisory" e-mail, with a summary of your order and a link to track your delivery online. 

All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Please ensure that the city, country and post code/zip code are correct for the shipping address, as well as any additional information for daytime delivery.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. You may only ship to one delivery address per order. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Delivery of your order will be attempted once. If no one is home or there is no one available to sign for the delivery, the courier company will leave a card with instructions and a contact phone number. You will need to re-schedule the delivery or arrange to collect your order from the depot stated on your card.

Please note that transit times is 3 to 10 business days. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver to these schedules; however we cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays.
