For the first time, this year’s fall collection features designs that blend Wool and the Gang’s silky Pima Cotton with their 100% Baby Alpaca.

This new texture not only adds the softness of cotton to the warmth of Alpaca, but also lends a new weight to the knits, resulting in beautifully draped pieces like the Hole-In-One sweater and Sideline top. The brand’s popular Chunky Wool is still an essential for winter, with new designs like a cosy Cross Country coat complementing old favourites like the Snood Dogg hood. This season also offers four new yarn colours. The boldly hued Gold Yelllow and Ruby Red sit alongside the more muted and autumnal Khaki Green and Margeaux Red. The ancient Peruvians believed that cotton was like fragments of cloud fallen to earth to clothe the people in the land of the Incas – a gift from their gods.

Covering oneself with gold and jewels was unnecessary; it was enough to use cotton garments made perfectly by hand with the most sophisticated stitching and beautiful dyeing.
